Austin Management Partners – Business Expansion Practice is a license holder of Swiss Avenue Partners, and provides business training and solutions for existing businesses guided by smart leaders.

We have developed our own Intellectual Property in tools and methodologies that are designed to help business owners grow and manage their businesses. The process is a skills transfer, not a consulting assignment. In other words, we’re not telling you where the issues are and then handing the implementation over to you to “fix”… our role is to help the business build an infrastructure to grow, and that means we are often involved in some of the “doing” as well as the “coaching”.

We work with bright, successful and aspiring business owners and our clients span a wide array of industries, including residential mortgage, fuel distribution, land development and technology. It’s about helping the business owners to maximize profitability and developing skills to go “to the next level”, without having to work day and night to achieve their goals. A typical client (or division) is 20-250 employees in size.

Our client engagement methodology involves a Discovery process, development of a Program Outline and then a presentation to key management of the implementation timeline for their agreement, commitment and “buy-in”.
